The Revd Drew Courtright

The Revd Drew Courtright serves as a Chaplain at St John’s Cathedral, where he has special responsibility for Outreach ministries. He is also the Priest-in-Charge of Discovery Bay Church, a daughter church of the Cathedral.

Originally from North Carolina, USA, Fr Drew pursued his theological studies at the University of St Andrews and completed his ministerial training at the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. His ministry experience includes serving parishes in New Hampshire, New York, and now in Hong Kong.

Fr Drew is married to Alice, a writer and homemaker, and they have three young daughters: Margaret, Lucy, and Caroline. In his spare time, Drew enjoys reading, cooking, outdoor activities, and maintaining an active lifestyle. He is passionate about sharing God’s grace in Christ through Word and Sacrament, and he is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and enriching church experience for both new and longstanding parishioners.
