Disclaimer
Until further notice I/We hereby authorize St. John’s Cathedral to charge my/our credit card account in accordance with such instructions as my/our card issuer may receive from St John’s Cathedral from time to time provided always that the amount of any one such charge should be exactly the amount indicated above. I/We agree that my/our credit card issuer shall not be obliged to ascertain whether or not notice of any such charge has been given to me/us. I/We jointly and severally accept full responsibility for any finance charge, administrative fee and foreign exchange levy on my/our account which may arise as a result of any such charge(s). I/We agree to notify St John’s Cathedral of any change of payment amount, update to the credit card account or cancellation of the recurring donation. I/We agree that any notice of cancellation or variation of this authorization which I/we may give to St. John’s Cathedral shall be given at least seven working days prior to the date on which such cancellation/variation is to take effect. Transaction will normally be processed around the same day of the month as the “Date of First Charge” you have indicated.
We are grateful for your donation and support of St John’s Cathedral. Donations are normally non-refundable, but if you have made an error in making your donation to us please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Our web site located at http://www.stjohnscathedral.org.hk ("Website") is owned and operated by St John’s Cathedral (collectively referred to as "St John’s Cathedral", "we", "our" or "us"). Registration and online donations
When you register or make a donation through the Website, your personal information will be securely encrypted. Your credit card information will be passed to a third party (in this case “Global Payments”) for the purpose of processing the donation payment. St John’s Cathedral will not disclose any of the credit card information to any other third party.

While we aim to use a "secure mode" whenever we request personal information, we do not guarantee that information transmitted through the Website or any electronic mail (email) will be secure, since such information or email sent over the Internet is not secure.
