St John's Cathedral Annual Church Meeting 2026

Notice of Annual Church Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Church Meeting of St John’s Cathedral will be held in the Li Hall on Sunday the 26^th April 2026, at 1.00pm for the purposes following, namely -

(a)	receiving from the Church Council and considering -
	(i)	a copy or copies of the electoral roll; [download the Electoral Roll Declaration Form]
	(ii)	an annual report;
	(iii)	a statement of the financial affairs of the church;
(b)	the election of the trustees of St John’s Cathedral for the Church of England Trust; [download the *Nomination Form - Trustee*]
(c)	the election of the Church Council; [download the *Nomination Form - Council Member*]
(d)	the election of sidesmen;
(e)	the election of an auditor;
(f)	the transacting of any other business connected with the affairs of the church.
